When someone asks why I love cats so much...

Most of the cats taken in in my lifetime have been rescues, too. We still have one that was emaciated (and still scared of his own shadow). We tricked him into coming inside for food. He decided to allow being kept and now stays for food, a warm bed and the occasional lovin’s.
Thankfully our neighbor’s new girlfriend spayed his cat. Now, there is no litter to abandon outside to the harsh Nevada’s scorching summers and freezing winters as soon as they are old enough to be weaned.

Awww, sweet kitty love!! My own little Mr. Kitten was an alley kitty who came up to me while I was sitting on my brother’s front porch. It’s been a lovefest ever since! <3
