Holiday Shipping Deadlines
With the holiday season just around the corner we want to ensure that all your kitty goodies get delivered to you in time. Being that there are a lot of extra deliveries this time of year, mail service can be slow. To ensure your order is delivered before Christmas, we have set out our suggested order deadlines:
DHL Global Mail (Canada): Orders received before 1pm EST on Friday December 9th
DHL Global Mail (International): Orders received before 1pm EST on Thursday December 8th
USPS First Class (USA): Orders received before 1pm EST on Tuesday December 13th
USPS Express/Priority (USA): Orders received before 1pm EST on Friday December 16th
FedEx Overnight (USA): Orders received before 1pm EST on Wednesday December 21st
Unfortunately there are no guaranteed shipping times during the holiday season. Please also note that when packages cross borders, customs delays can occur. Be prepared and order those gifts early!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose, and cat apparel. Which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team, and they'll do everything in their power to help you out.
Easy Return and Exchange Process:
1. Email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
2. Ship your return, including our filled out return form.
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
