Can’t help themselves with their own food. They’ve just got to have their neighbors’.

Each of my cats get fed on a separate cat tree tier. A designated spot that each one is aware of. This way they don’t have to compete or steal food while the other is eating. If they steal good later (and get caught), they get punished.

To prevent stealing, their food gets rationed, and fed a portion of that at meal times, so the ration lasts a full 24 hours. This makes the food bag last longer to. They are rationed, but not underfed.
