Thanksgiving Leftover Ideas

My cat Bitty Kitty is so smart that I would fall asleep on the couch during dinner and I’m guessing she joins my dog because there’s always bones on the floor from my cat dragging and the plates are licked clean and I know from past experience my DOG does THAT.

Buy a smaller turkey. Freeze some of the leftovers, instead of refrigerating. Then you can eat it over a course of weeks, instead of days. Make casserole or stew with some of it. Invite a friend over to share some.
