Self-Care Sunday Done My Way

Both are me at the same time.
A quart of chocolate milk in one hand and a tablet ir book in the other. With candy and snacks to chew on after the chocolate milk is gone. If I am doing apps on my tablet, I may have music on my phone with headphones on my ears. On a cool evening, in a warm bed, with a heating pad for my feet. Perfect!
