Realistic Halloween Costume

Some cats dress up for Halloween. Milton prefers to bring the drama.

When his feline friend spots his skeletal look, she assumes he’s ready for spooky season. But Milton has a much more urgent explanation: the human hasn’t fed him since breakfast. Clearly, a medical emergency. Or at least a reason to open another can.

Milton the Cat Halloween comic: a skeletal Milton dramatically claims he is wasting away because he hasn’t eaten since breakfast.

Comic transcript

A white cat looks at Milton, whose body is decorated with skeleton bones, and asks, “Oh! You’re a skeleton for Halloween?”

Milton collapses dramatically onto the floor. “No, I’ve turned to skin and bones because the human hasn’t fed me since breakfast...” His friend covers her face with a paw.

If your cat has ever treated the gap between meals like a full-blown horror story, you know the feeling. Forget ghosts and goblins. The real fright is a human who thinks breakfast should hold you over until lunch.

Happy Meow-loween from Milton! Does your cat have a flair for dinnertime drama, too?
